Fees are fixed for the scope set out above and exclude travel. Hardware and cloud servers are billed at cost by the vendor or provider you contract with; the figures here are indicative and should be confirmed at purchase. Rupee equivalents for overseas providers use rates reviewed in August 2026. Near-instant screens come from the architecture — local network transport, NVMe storage, tuned MariaDB and Redis — and because the system lives on your own network, an internet outage does not stop the floor. Work outside this scope is quoted before it starts, or billed at the consultation rates shown.
